March 9th, 2012 ShareYourBlues 1st Anniversary Gala Party
ShareYourBlues is celebrating their 1st Anniversary by having a party which will include the "Eternal Rhythm Band" and will be held from 8-10 p.m. at the Media Borough Hall in Media PA. The event will be charging $25.00 for tickets and if you could pre-register for the event so we can anticipate how many people will be attending by sending an email to support@shareyourblues.com it would be greatly appreciated. Proceeds collected will pay for food, expenses of the band, and for website development and hosting costs for 2012.
The Gospel According to Josh is playing at The Media Theatre in Media, PA: Weds 3/07 at 7pm, Thurs 3/08 at 7pm, Fri 3/09 at 8pm, Sat 3/10 at 2pm, Sat 3/10 at 8pm, and Sun 3/11 at 3pm
The Gospel According to Josh is a 30 character, 7 song one man show, about a small town boy, Josh, who follows his dreams to Hollywood despite the tempestuous relationship with his pious father. Along the way Josh must navigate his religious upbringing, an escape to New York, his starring roles in two reality TV shows, and ultimately his father’s tragic suicide.The Gospel According to Josh is written and performed by Josh Rivedal, a professional New York City playwright and actor. Josh is also a suicide survivor. Josh has appeared on stages from New York, to Chicago, to Orlando and has worked with Broadway and TV vets, Kelli O’Hara and Piper Perabo. His voice has also been heard in numerous national TV commercial campaigns. Additionally, Josh has served as producer or an investor on several New York City theatrical productions including Broadway’s The Scottsboro Boys. He is also a social entrepreneur and owner of Artful Coaching Resources, a business and career coaching and consulting firm for arts professionals and small business owners.

Delaware County Family Engagement Workshop
Every other Monday Feb. through December Delaware County Intermediate Unit 200 Yale Ave. Morton PA
The Delaware County Family Engagement Workgroup would like to extend an open invitation to all Delaware County residents to participate in our upcoming meetings and community events. The goals of this workgroup are to be inclusive and more responsive to our county residents and to provide guidance to the County’s Child Serving System of Care through identification of system needs, barriers to family engagement, and outreach and education at local events on existing resources. Attending the Family Engagement Workgroup meetings will provide you with an opportunity, as youth, parents, family members, and Delaware County residents to receive current updates on new and existing programs or to pose any questions you may have about existing services within our Child Serving System of Care. Your input about the needs of youth and families is vital to developing a holistic System of Care here in Delaware County. Current membership is diverse and comprised of parents, advocates, family members, Behavioral Health Providers, School Districts, community prevention & education providers, Magellan Behavioral Health, Delaware County Intermediate Unit, Head Start, YMCA of Philadelphia and Vicinity, Library System, and County representatives from Children and Youth, Juvenile Court, Behavioral Health, Early Intervention, Intellectual Disabilities, and Child Care Information Services.
Family Engagement Workgroup meetings are scheduled every other month (February, April, June, August, October, December) and held at the Delaware County Intermediate Unit, which is located at 200 Yale Ave in Morton, PA 19070.
